Peter Hogan

Mr Hogan has significant local and international management experience and expertise.  Previous management positions held in Australia include Managing Director of Valmont Australia’s (a division of Valmont Industries Inc, USA) Industrial Coatings business in Australia, Chief Operating Officer for Austal Limited in Perth and Divisional General Manager of the WA businesses of the building materials group, Boral Limited, where he spent seven years. 

Peter’s international experience is as a result of working in various offshore locations including Israel, the United Kingdom and India in a variety of Executive and Project Management roles with British listed entity Hanson Plc, formerly Pioneer International Limited. 

Peter Abery

Mr Abery has had extensive experience in senior management roles including CEO and Managing Director of such companies as HPM Industries, Crown Castle UK, National Grid Wireless, Crown Castle Australia, Vodafone Network, Telstra and QPSX Communications. He has also had significant experience as a non executive director both in Australia and in the UK. Current Directorships include Vesco Foods Holdings Pty Limited (Chairman), Australian Convenience Foods Pty Limited, Ear Science Institute of Australia Inc and the Western Australian Institute of Sport (W.A.I.S.).

David Franklyn

Mr Franklyn is currently the Managing Director of Entrust Funds Management Limited a Western Australian based boutique funds management business and is Non-Executive Chairman of the ASX listed Calzada Limited.  His previous roles include being Head of Research for a national stockbroker and General Manager, Corporate Communications for an ASX 200 company.

Peter Constable

Mr. Constable holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Macquarie University, Sydney and began his career in London working for the United Bank of Kuwait while attending the London Business School.
Peter has 20 years experience in investment markets and public company board experience having previously served on the boards of a number of ASX listed companies.
Prior to establishing Ryder Capital Pty Limited in June 2008, Mr. Constable was an Executive Director of MMC Contrarian Limited, an ASX listed Investment Company.

Andrew Sturcke

Chief Financial Officer
BBus, Grad Dip Professional Accounting, CPA

Mr. Sturcke has 25 years experience in accounting, finance and commercial roles within engineering and construction, contracting services and resources industries. Mr. Sturcke has previously been employed as General Manager Finance and Administration  – Mining Services Division for BIS Industrial Logistics, Financial Controller for Burns and Worley and General Manager Finance and Administration WA for the United Group. Mr. Sturcke has a Bachelor of Business, Graduate Diploma of Professional Accounting and is a Certified Practicing Accountant, and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Nomad Building Solutions Limited in June 2011.
